Login to Apex Home

After installing Apex Home Dashboard, follow these steps to log in:

1. Open your web browser and navigate to http://your-server-ip:8000.

2. You'll be presented with a login screen. For a fresh installation, use the default credentials:

   • Username: admin
   • Password: 123456

3. Enter these credentials and click "Log In".

4. For security reasons, you should change the default password immediately after the first login.

5. If OIDC authentication is enabled, you'll see an additional option to "Log in with OIDC" below the traditional login form. Click this button to authenticate using your configured OIDC provider.

6. Upon successful login, you'll be redirected to the dashboard home page.

Password Change

Once you've logged in to Apex Home, make sure to change the default password. Choose a strong password which is hard to guess.
